Biason Realty Inc will pay up to $1,000 towards the cost of legal services to close the transaction of the property purchased by Biason Realty Inc. upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.  This does not include Land Transfer and Title Costs.

Biason Realty Inc will pay the lawyer of the purchaser up to a max of $1,000. 

The buyer may use their own lawyer, however, Biason Realty Inc can provide the buyer several lawyer options if a lawyer is required by the purchaser.
