Home Inspection

Biason Realty Inc will pay up to $500 towards the cost of a licensed home inspection on the purchased property upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale

Biason Realty Inc will pay the home inspector of the purchaser up to a max of $500.  

Biason Realty Inc will provide the buyer several home inspector options if a home inspector is required by the purchaser, or select one of their choosing.  The buyer will pay for the inspection and will be reimbursed the cost, to a maximum of $500 when all conditions in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale are fulfilled and the offer becomes firm

Upon a mutual agreement of the Home Inspector Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, issues, damages, costs or anything found by the Home Inspector.
