Terms and Conditions – BiaHome
Moving
Biason Realty Inc will pay up to $2,000 towards the cost of moving from the buyer’s former property to the property purchased by Biason Realty Inc. upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
$2,000 is calculated on one full day move of ten hours at $200 per hour. This does not include taxes or gratuities.
Upon a mutual agreement of moving company Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, damages, injuries or costs associated to the move.
Legal
Biason Realty Inc will pay up to $1,000 towards the cost of legal services to close the transaction of the property purchased by Biason Realty Inc. upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Biason Realty Inc will pay the lawyer of the purchaser up to a max of $1,000.
Biason Realty Inc can provide the buyer several lawyer options if a lawyer is required by the purchaser.
Home Inspection
Biason Realty Inc will pay up to $500 towards the cost of a licensed home inspection on the purchased property upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
Biason Realty Inc will pay the home inspector of the purchaser up to a max of $500.
Biason Realty Inc can provide the buyer several home inspector options if a home inspector is required by the purchaser.
Upon a mutual agreement of the Home Inspector Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, issues, damages, costs or anything found by the Home Inspector.
Status Certificates
Biason Realty Inc will pay up to $250 towards the cost of a Status Certificate on the purchased property upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Home Warranty
Biason Realty Inc will purchase a new home buyers insurance package from Canadian Home Sheild upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Upon a mutual agreement of moving company Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, damages, injuries or costs associated to the move.
Storage Locker
Biason Realty Inc will pay the cost up to $250 for Three months of storage at selected Public Storage Canada locations across the greater Toronto area. Service is based on occupancy and availability upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Upon a mutual agreement of moving company Biason Realty Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, injuries or costs associated to the usage and occupancy of any Storage locker.
TV Wall Mount
Biason Realty will pay the cost up to $250 for the hanging of Televisions in the new purchased home of the home buyer upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Upon a mutual agreement of with the subcontractor Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, damages, injuries or costs associated to the service provided.
Furniture Assembly
Biason Realty will pay the cost up to $250 for the assembly and disassembly of furniture for the home buyer upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Upon a mutual agreement with the subcontractor Biason Realty Inc shall be indemnified against any claims, damages, injuries or costs associated to the assembly or disassembly of the furniture.
Packing Supplies
Biason Realty Inc will provide the home buyer a package of moving supplies up to a cost of $250. Supplies may include items such as: Mattress and Furniture Covers, Boxes, Tape, Strech Wrap, packing Peanuts, Bubble Wrap upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Mail Forwarding
Biason Realty Inc will purchase one year of mail forwarding from Canada post for the home buyer upon completion of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
